This career opportunity offers uncapped bonus potential and ample room for advancement within our dynamic sales environment.In the role of Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating new client relationships and nurturing existing ones within your designated territory. Key responsibilities include:Developing and maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on exceptional customer service.Providing consultative roofing service solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building efforts.Organizing and executing targeted programs and communications to reinforce the value propositions of Simon Roofing.Job Requirements:A degree focusing on Sales, Construction Management, Communications, Business, Social Sciences, or Marketing is preferred. At least 2 years of outside sales experience.
