Building Services Worker – Morning Shift
Pay: $17 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
The Sandler Family Campus is seeking an experienced, dependable Building Services Worker to join our team. This part-time morning position helps maintain a clean, welcoming environment for campus members, visitors, and staff.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain offices, classrooms, restrooms, and athletic areas.
- Assist with event setups.
- Use cleaning tools, supplies, chemicals, and safety equipment properly.
- Respond to changing priorities and the needs of campus programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- One to two years of commercial cleaning experience, preferably in a large institution.
- Knowledge of basic cleaning tools and supplies, including proper chemical dilution and safe handling.
- Dependability, flexibility, and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Professional, friendly attitude; customer service experience is helpful.
- Ability to work other shifts as assigned and availability during emergencies.
Physical Requirements
- This position involves frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 pounds, as well as constant walking, standing, bending, stooping, stretching, kneeling, and stair climbing.
A criminal background check is required.
