Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Rubber Extruder Operator / Production Line Extruder Technician, located on-site in Plymouth, MI. Day-to-day tasks include operating extrusion machinery, ensuring quality control of produced rubber components, managing production lines, and maintaining safety standards. The technician will also communicate effectively with team members, report issues, and contribute to training new staff members as required.
Qualifications
- Experience with Machine Operation and Production Lines
- Quality Control skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in Training new employees
- Ability to work collaboratively and follow safety protocols
- Experience in rubber manufacturing is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
