Job Summary
This role will supervise a cohort of 8-10 graduate students from the Masters of Social Work (MSW) licensure program. Supervision of the interns will include but may not be limited to individual supervision, review of process recordings, evaluations of students, approval of hours, committee meetings, and other responsibilities as assigned. The supervisor will work collaboratively with the secondary supervisors in each intern placement which includes Undergraduate Advising, Athletics, REEF Center, and Multicultural Center. This role will report directly to the Assistant Dean of Academic Advising & Career Development.

- Supervise approximately 8-10 graduate students interns from other Simmons programs such as but not limited to the Masters of Social Work (MSW) licensure program
- Duties will include but may not be limited to weekly individual supervision sessions with 8-10 graduate interns, review of process recordings, evaluations of interns, approval of intern hours, meetings with secondary supervisors, and other responsibilities as assigned.
- Attend required trainings for intern supervisors or University employees
- Supervisor will collaborate/commute regularly with the secondary supervisors from each office (Undergraduate Advising, REEF Center, Multicultural Center, Athletics, Center for Leadership & Engagement, etc.) the interns are placed
- Use of technology tools such as Starfish, Tevera, Google Suite, Zoom, etc.
- This position is eligible to be remote or hybrid
- Other duties as assigned by Assistant Dean.
- MSW licensure degree required
- Experience supervising
