Simmons Public Utility Site Work, Inc. is seeking dependable, hardworking, and motivated Skilled Construction Laborers to join our heavy civil construction team. We are looking for individuals with a diverse construction background who are willing to work in multiple areas of the construction industry as project needs change.

What You'll Do
Our work includes, but is not limited to:
- Asphalt paving and repairs
- Milling operations
- Site grading and excavation
- Storm drainage installation
- Water and sewer utility installation
- Pipe laying
- Concrete sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and driveways
- Base stone installation
- Erosion control
- Traffic control
- General site preparation and cleanup
Every project is different, so flexibility, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work in multiple areas are essential.
Qualifications
- Construction experience preferred.
- Experience in heavy civil, roadway, site work, or utility construction is a plus.
- Willingness to learn through on-the-job training.
- Ability to work safely and follow instructions.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
- Valid driver's license required.
- CDL is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Experience in one or more of the following is a plus:
- Asphalt paving
