We’re actively seeking a new Sales Associate as the right fit to join our close-knit team!
The Role
This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced luxury retail environment and brings a positive, growth-driven mindset to everything they do. As a sales associate at Simmons Fine Jewelry, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our esteemed clientele. With your passion for luxury products and your innate ability to build rapport with customers, you will guide them through our exquisite collections, providing expert advice and assistance to ensure their utmost satisfaction.
This is an in-person position, working 40 hours per week (Tuesday through Saturday) at Simmons Fine Jewelry. Days off will be Sundays & Mondays. Some events will land outside of normal business hours. All events are required and scheduled in advance. A very small amount of travel may be required for events on rare occasion.
A typical weekly schedule looks like:
Tuesdays – 9am-5:30pm
Wednesdays – 9am-5:30pm
Thursdays – 9am-5:30pm
Fridays 8am – 5:30pm
Saturdays 10am-5:30pm
Core Daily Responsibilities
- Provide personalized service to clients, assisting them in selecting the perfect piece of jewelry to suit their individual tastes and preferences.
- Actively listen to customers and earn their trust.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the luxury jewelry industry.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and memorable shopping experience for all customers.
- Participate in company events in store and off site
- Daily setup and breakdown of the salesfloor including and maintaining the cleanliness of product and displays.
- CRM system
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in luxury retail sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Deep understanding of luxury products and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional events and holidays, as needed.
- Positive attitude with a growth-oriented and proactive mindset
- Must be good with people – we are in a luxury retail environment after all!

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive starting wage of $15 per hour plus commission.
