Concrete Foreman
Simmons Construction is a family owned and operated concrete company located in Bakersfield, CA. We are currently seeking a full-time employee to join our team. We are seeking someone who is reliable, has good attendance, is punctual, and works well with others. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and has the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Foreman is responsible for directing activities of work crews along with: laying out concrete forms, assembling concrete forms, supervising concrete pours, finishing concrete, conducting safety tailgate meetings, attending weekly foreman's meetings, operating powered concrete equipment, operating light trucks, and interacting with general contractors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
