Role Description The Senior Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lees Summit, MO, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial and consumer banking relationships. This position involves daily interaction with clients to understand their financial needs, recommend appropriate banking products and services, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The Senior Relationship Manager will prospect and develop new business opportunities, prepare and present proposals, and collaborate with internal teams such as credit, underwriting, and operations to support complex transactions.
