Simmonds Precision is looking for motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our manufacturing team as Assembler I employees.

In this hands-on role, you will assemble precision components and products used in aerospace applications, where quality, safety, accuracy, and teamwork are essential every day. • Inspect your work to ensure products meet quality and workmanship standards.
  • Follow established manufacturing processes and accurately complete required production documentation.
  • Maintain attention to detail while working with small parts, components, and precision assemblies.
  • Follow all safety requirements, procedures, and applicable personal protective equipment (PPE) standards.
  • Identify and communicate quality, equipment, material, or process concerns to the appropriate team member or leader.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, Quality, Engineering, and other manufacturing support functions.

  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful workplace.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
