Regional Director of Hospice Operations Description
Our client is a well-established Hospice organization. They have a current opening for a Regional Director of Hospice Operations for their Hospice locations in Michigan. Candidates in the greater Detroit, MI area are preferred but other areas may be considered as well as long as candidates can travel up 25% as needed. Medicare Hospice or Home Health leadership experience is required. This person will manage operations, financials, clinical performance, census & revenue growth, and help to create a positive culture. Clinical and non-clinical candidates will be considered. Regional Director of Hospice Operations Requirements
- Strong single-site or multi-site operational leadership experience in Home Health or Hospice.
- Excellent understanding of Medicare regulations and COP’s.
- Strong financial and business development acumen.

- Oversee operations & financials for multiple area locations.
- Oversight of directly reporting leaders.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Work with business development team to grow census.
