Our Executive Healthcare Recruiters work remotely from home and can be based ANYWHERE. A recruiting background is not necessary as we offer a robust training program. Home Health or Hospice industry knowledge is a plus but not required. Any self-motivated, competitive person who likes to engage with people can be developed into a successful, high producing talent acquisition professional! The Executive Healthcare Recruiter will source and engage industry professionals over the phone & email, conduct screen calls, match candidates with viable opportunities, prepare candidate presentations via email, coordinate interviews, follow up with account manager's and candidates, and assist in offer negotiations.

Skills and Requirements:
- Must have an internet connection, computer, and be comfortable with web-based technology / websites.
- Must be able to work without supervision in the home environment with little distraction.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- College degree strongly preferred.
