Director of Nursing Opportunity Description

Our client is a well-established Hospice organization. They have a current opening for a Director of Nursing for their Hospice. This person can work out of any of their locations (Taos, Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Las Vegas, Raton, or Alamogordo). A Registered Nurse is required. Medicare Hospice management experience is a must. This person will lead an interdisciplinary clinical team. Relocation candidates are welcome to apply!

Director of Nursing Job Requirements

• Medicare Hospice leadership experience.
• A Registered Nurse is required.
• Excellent understanding of state/federal hospice regulations.

Director of Nursing Job Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day clinical operations.
• Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations.
• Hire, train, mentor staff.
