Chief Operating Officer Opportunity Description

Our client is a well-established Home Health and Hospice provider. They have a current need for a Chief Operating Officer based in Ventura, CA. This person will oversee operations, budgets, and financials, as well as implementing strategic growth initiatives. Medicare Home Health multi-site senior leadership as a clinician is required. Hospice experience is strongly preferred. Relocation candidates are welcome to apply.

Chief Operating Officer Job Requirements

Chief Operating Officer Job Responsibilities

• Oversite of all Home Health and Hospice operations and financials.
• Implement strategic growth initiatives.
• Track and analyze data and metrics to improve performance.
