This is a full-time, on-site role located in Wixom, MI, for a Sales Manager and Account Manager. The role involves managing customer relationships, driving customer satisfaction, overseeing accounts, and generating new leads. The individual will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying growth opportunities for the company and managing contracts and negotiations.
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to address and resolve client needs promptly.
- Experience in Account Management, including overseeing client accounts and ensuring successful, long-term relationships.
