Unlike retail, our LTC environment allows you to focus on precision and clinical support without the distractions of a traditional storefront or "on-call" weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Prescription Processing: Accurately input and process prescriptions using our pharmacy management software.
- LTC Packaging: Prepare medications using specialized LTC packaging (e.g., blister packs, multi-dose strips) tailored for facility use.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining stock levels, managing expires, and organizing the pharmacy floor.
- Coordination: Work closely with pharmacists and facility staff to resolve insurance adjudications or medication synchronization issues.
- Compliance: Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to all State Board of Pharmacy regulations and HIPAA guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Professional: Must possess a current, valid Pharmacy Technician license in the State of California.
- Experience: Previous experience in an LTC or high-volume retail setting is preferred, though we are willing to train the right candidate.
