We are seeking a reliable and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our friendly and growing dental practice. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and works well in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during clinical procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Take dental X-rays and impressions (as permitted by licensure)
- Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Follow all infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Dental Assistant license
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred
