Construction Superintendent
Rogers/ Bentonville – Arkansas
$90,000 to $100,000 Bonus
We are seeking an experienced, driven Superintendent to lead and deliver commercial construction projects across the Rogers/ Bentonville area.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, disciplined, safety-focused and able to confidently communicate with project stakeholders, including owners, architects and engineers, while collaborating seamlessly with internal project teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all site operations
- Coordinate and direct field activities with subcontractors and vendors
- Develop, maintain and track project and look-ahead schedules
- Lead jobsite safety, logistics and overall site coordination
- Manage project sequencing, means and methods
- Ensure quality control, assurance and risk mitigation
- Support inspections and coordinate with local municipalities and utilities
Qualifications
- 5 years of project experience within commercial construction
- Proficiency in MS Project and the full MS Office suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
