Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Performing venipuncture on patients with precision and care
- Collecting urine samples according to established protocols
- Conducting drug screens accurately
- Efficiently entering patient information into our computer system
- Ensuring the safe and proper handling and disposal of biomedical waste
- Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills in all patient interactions
- Performing various administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, and copying
- Adhering to all patient and staff safety policies and procedures
- High School diploma or equivalency
- Graduation from an accredited Phlebotomy program
- Previous experience with electronic health records
- 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory, medical office, or hospital setting (preferred)
- Comfort working in a high-energy, high-volume environment
- Strong venipuncture skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A commitment to safety and accuracy
