Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks across various building systems, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Use hand tools and power equipment efficiently to complete assigned projects safely and accurately.
- Conduct inspections of facilities to identify issues early and address them promptly.
- Assist with installation, assembly, and setup of equipment or fixtures as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used for each task.
- Operate specialized tools such as ohmmeters to test electrical circuits and ensure safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and complete projects on schedule.
Skills
- Proven experience in general maintenance person or laborer roles with a strong focus on safety and quality.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment confidently.
- Familiarity with electrical testing devices such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward maintenance challenges.
