About Us
We are a fast-growing sports card company specializing in buying, selling, breaking, and consigning sports trading cards. Our business processes thousands of cards weekly, and accuracy is critical. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to help maintain our inventory database and ensure every card is accurately entered into our system.
Job Responsibilities
- Enter sports card information into inventory management software.
- Accurately input player names, card brands, years, sets, parallels, serial numbers, and grading information.
- Verify card details for accuracy before listing.
- Organize and maintain digital inventory records.
- Update pricing and inventory status as needed.
- Assist with preparing cards for online listings and live breaks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Work with team members to ensure inventory is processed efficiently.
- Perform other administrative and data entry tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent typing and computer skills.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to follow processes and work independently.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Previous data entry experience is preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of sports cards, trading card games, or collectibles.
- Familiarity with grading companies such as PSA, BGS, SGC, or CGC.
- Experience with inventory management systems or e-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate enjoys repetitive tasks, has excellent attention to detail, and takes pride in maintaining accurate records. If you're passionate about sports cards or collectibles, that's a huge plus—but we're willing to train the right person.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 8-hour shifts (Flexible for part-time applicants)
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
