The Role
You run the day-to-day of getting new clinics live on Simbie — information gathering, EHR access, scenario testing, go-live monitoring. You're a strong project manager who tracks many parallel clinic threads at once and chases down blockers relentlessly.
Where your ownership starts and stops: you own each clinic from signed contract through go-live and a confirmed handoff to our Ongoing team.

What You'll Do
- Run active onboardings end-to-end: information collection and organization, recording setup, EHR access,
- Own testing cycles: build expected-vs-actual scenario docs, execute test and retest queues, hold the line
- Monitor go-lives and drive clinics to a clean handoff
- Coordinate heavily with engineering to keep things moving
- Chase blockers relentlessly — the #1 way this role fails is letting a clinic stall waiting on an IT team or EHR access
- Flag repeatable manual work for automation — you're closest to the process, so you're expected to spot
Required
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of client-facing or operational experience; high-slope operators encouraged to apply even with
- Comfortable with structured testing and process discipline (scenario docs, pass/fail tracking)
- Highly communicative, clear and warm with clinic staff
- Owner mindset — follows through without being chased, closes loops without being asked

Salary : $60,000 - $100,000
