Senior Litigation Attorney

California | Hybrid or Remote | $175,000–$225,000 Bonus | Path to Partnership

Simas & Associates, Ltd. is a boutique California law firm focused on administrative, regulatory, health care, employment, and government law. We’re looking for an experienced Litigation Attorney who wants more than another traditional law firm role.

This is an opportunity for an attorney who is confident managing complex matters, enjoys having autonomy, and wants to play a meaningful role in the continued growth of a respected statewide practice.

Who We're Looking For

You’re an experienced California attorney who knows how to take the lead.

You have:

• Active California Bar membership in good standing
• 6 years of legal experience
• Meaningful hearing and/or trial experience
• Strong litigation strategy, writing, and client communication skills
• The confidence to independently manage complex matters
• An interest in mentoring and developing other attorneys
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to practicing law

An established practice area or book of business is a plus, but not required.

The Opportunity

Salary: $175,000–$225,000, based on experience

Bonus: Quarterly performance bonus opportunities

Growth: Advancement and path-to-partnership opportunities

Location: Remote/hybrid within California or San Luis Obispo headquarters

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
