About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.x and hands-on experience in production support and CEMLI/RICE development. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and support scalable Oracle EBS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support CEMLI/RICE components (Conversions, Extensions, Modifications, Localizations, Integrations, Reports).
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Design and implement technical solutions aligned with business needs.
• Perform system testing, debugging, and optimization of existing solutions.
• Work on integrations with external systems (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica Cloud).
• Support and enhance EBS modules across Finance, Order to Cash (O2C), and Procure to Pay (P2P).
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10 years of strong technical experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.x.
• Hands-on experience in CEMLI/RICE development and production support (mandatory).
• Expertise in:
• PL/SQL
• Oracle Forms & Reports
• Workflow
• Shell scripting
• XML / BI Publisher Reports
• Strong understanding of EBS functional flows:
• Order to Cash (O2C)
• Procure to Pay (P2P)
• Financial modules
• Experience with EDI integrations.
• Proficiency with Git/Version control (good to have).
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Oracle APEX (optional).
• Hands-on knowledge of OAF (Oracle Applications Framework) / ADF.
• Experience in upgrades, implementations, or rollouts.
• Exposure to MWA (Mobile Web Applications) extensions.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Good understanding of Oracle Financial modules:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Cash Management
• Fixed Assets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology or equivalent.
• Oracle EBS Financial Management Certification (preferred).
