YOUR NEW ROLE
As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service from the moment they walk through our doors. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized customer area, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our clients. In this position, you will also have the opportunity to support our service advisors and gas attendants in their daily tasks. This may include assisting in gathering the necessary information for service recommendations and quotes.
Safety is of utmost importance to us, and as a Customer Service Associate, you may be required to safely shuttle customers to and from the shop when necessary. You will also play a role in maintaining our inventory levels, monitoring stock, and facilitating the pick-up and return of parts as needed. This position offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, where your attention to detail and organizational skills will be put to good use.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and support various departments within the facility
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer experiences.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Our ideal candidate will have a desire to become a service advisor.
