Sima G. Ltd., a dealer in rare gemstones and estate jewelry, is seeking an experienced Operations & Inventory Manager to oversee inventory, office operations, and retail partner coordination. This is a hands-on role within a small, high-trust team, ideal for a highly organized, self-directed professional who takes ownership and exercises excellent judgment.
Key Responsibilities
· Own end-to-end inventory management, tracking, and quality control for high-value jewelry and gemstones
· Coordinate shipping, receiving, and logistics (including armored transport and import/export)
· Manage the company’s retail partner relationship, inventory rotation, and sales reporting
· Oversee day-to-day office operations and provide executive support to the Owner
· Partner with the Bookkeeper on inventory reconciliation and operational expenses
· Support brand presence, including basic Instagram management
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
· Background in fine jewelry, particularly inventory management and quality control, strongly preferred
· Honest with a “can-do” attitude
· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
· Comfortable in a small office setting performing a variety of roles
· Strong proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, Mac OS, and Google Workspace
· Social media savvy
· Ability to prioritize, work independently, and manage multiple responsibilities
· High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information and valuable assets
