Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field (n/a years)
License/Certifications: Current RN or LPN license in the state of Illinois
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of nursing regulations and standards; ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
