Silvertip is seeking a reliable and experienced Motor Grader Operator to join our team. As a Motor Grader Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a motor grader to perform fine grading, road construction, site preparation, and other dirt work projects.
Responsibilities:
-Safely operate a motor grader on construction, excavation, and roadway projects
-Perform finish grading and rough grading to project specifications
-Read grade stakes, site plans, and elevations to achieve accurate grades
-Work closely with supervisors, truck drivers, and other crew members
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment
-Follow all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience operating a motor grader or similar heavy equipment
- Ability to read grade stakes, plans, and project specifications
- Experience in working on construction, excavation, or site preparation projects
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
-Valid Class A CDL is preferred
