Responsibilities
- Residential and light commercial framing
- Decks, fences, and exterior construction
- Finish carpentry as needed
- Read and work from plans
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Work alongside excavation, landscaping, and other Silvertip crews when needed
- Keep job sites clean, organized and professional
Qualifications
- Carpentry experience required
- Valid Montana Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in all Montana weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
