- Own the master schedule: build it, maintain it, and edit it when call-outs happen
- Be the first call when someone can't make it in; step in as an RBT to cover sessions when needed
- Log attendance, monitor patterns, and flag issues to the Clinical Director before they become problems
- Handle day-to-day staff questions and concerns; escalate anything that needs formal HR involvement
- Keep the clinic running: supplies, communications, family scheduling questions, session note deadlines
- Some RBT hours that tapers as clinic census grows
- Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB
- 2 years of experience in an ABA or behavioral health setting
- Experience coordinating schedules, managing logistics, or leading a team -- even informally
- Strong communicator with staff, families, and leadership
- Comfortable with CentralReach
