Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) thrive in our supportive environment and commitment to professional development and making an impact in kids’ lives!Board Certified Behavior Analyst LBA (BCBA) Compensation:Pay Range: $85-105KBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans on an as needed basis.Manage and assist with setup and hiring for new ABA clinic.Oversee and manage BCBAs and RBTs.Assist with growth of the ABA clinic.Job will require a billable caseload with opportunity to lessen as clinic grows.
