We're Hiring Full-Time Medical Director. This role will be a hybrid role working remotely with roughly 25% in the local hospitals.
Qualifications For This Role Include
License/Certification Current state medical license without restrictions.
Pay Range $210,800.00 - $400,500.00 per year

Qualifications For This Role Include
- Las Vegas resident
- Must be licensed in NV
- Hospital priveliges in the Las Vegas area
- MD or DO without restrictions
- Hospitalist experience
- Primary liaison with all hospitalist groups
- Review daily census and determine opportunities for conversion to more appropriate admission status and/or transition to lower care
- Analyze hospitalist group metrics and assist with improving efficiencies
- Work closely with the Population Health team to determine appropriate level of care and ensure optimal discharge planning
