Overview
Silverstone Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in their own homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personalized care. This role requires a nurturing attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while following care plans. We offer weekly pay to all of our caregivers.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to clients’ dietary needs and preferences.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ well-being.
- Monitor patients' health by observing and reporting any changes in condition or behavior.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Assist with mobility and transportation needs, including lifting or transferring clients as necessary.
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals regarding client progress.
- Support clients in engaging with their community through social activities or appointments.
Skills:
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with dementia care, long-term care practices, and patient monitoring is advantageous.
- Knowledge of CPR and first aid is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other caregivers and healthcare staff.
