Working Style and Expectations
This is a high-trust, founder-embedded role that requires a high level of responsiveness and flexibility.
The Chief of Staff will regularly work alongside the Founder across both office and external settings, including meetings, project visits, and select events. As such, the role does not follow a traditional 9 to 5 structure and will require availability outside standard business hours when needed.
This is not a clock-in, clock-out position. It is designed for someone who is comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where priorities shift and opportunities arise in real time.
In return, the role offers significant exposure, responsibility, and direct access to high-level decision-making and relationships.
