Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation
Location: Los Angeles, CA 90064 (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to $200,000 Yearly with Benefits

Role Summary:
Our Los Angeles office is currently seeking a Civil Litigation Defense - Associate Attorney. This position presents an excellent opportunity for a licensed California attorney to further develop litigation expertise within a professional and collegial environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of litigation matters and will be expected to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships while contributing meaningfully to the firm’s ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
Court appearances
Pleadings and motion practice
Discovery and depositions
Mediations and trial preparation
Direct client interaction and relationship-building
Billable Hours Requirement:
Minimum of 1,860 billable hours per year
Equivalent to approximately 155 hours/month or 465 hours/quarter
Bonus Structure:
Earn $120/hour for every billable hour beyond 1,860
Bonus payouts may be advanced throughout the year based on performance
Requirements
Active California Bar License
1 year of civil litigation experience
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
