We are seeking a hands-on Senior Kubernetes / Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate a modern container services platform across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. This role is ideal for an infrastructure-focused engineer who loves automation, thrives in complex distributed systems, and enjoys building Kubernetes from the ground up—not simply consuming it.
We are looking for an experienced engineer with a strong Linux and infrastructure background who has built Kubernetes platforms and cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
What You’ll Do
- Design, implement, and operate container platform services with strong CI/CD integration.
- Build and maintain Kubernetes clusters across Azure and AWS, both cloud and on-prem.
- Automate infrastructure and operational workflows using modern tooling.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve platform issues across PaaS and CaaS environments.
- Write maintainable, reusable automation and platform tooling.
- Own and manage support requests from internal stakeholders end-to-end.
- Partner with engineering teams to triage platform and product issues.
- Create and maintain documentation and knowledgebase content.
- Continuously improve platform reliability, scalability, and security.
Kubernetes & Platform Engineering
- Experience with multiple Kubernetes distributions (on-prem and cloud).
- Experience building and maintaining container platforms such as:
- Tanzu / TKGI / PKS
- OpenShift
- Other enterprise Kubernetes platforms
- Hands-on deployment of Kubernetes on at least one public cloud provider.
