Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and clean for guests.
- Restock room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and snacks as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services preferred.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices in a hospitality setting is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment.
