What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC Installer position at Silvermark Construction Services?

We are a rapidly growing regional HVAC company and we are looking for a team player to fill the position of HVAC installer.
The ideal candidate would have approximately 1 years of experience.
Essential Duties may include:
Responsible for performing installation and start-up of HVAC equipment for New construction.
- Install furnaces, duct work, high/low voltage circuits, finish grills, minor dry wall repair etc. on properties.
- Installation of sheet metal includes installation of gutter, downspouts, wall to roof, rake metal flashings along with chaise caps and roof crickets
- Should understand the complete installation of HVAC and Sheetmetal on a residential tract home.
- Install flues, kitchen hood and refrigerant lines.
- Should know how to install an air conditioner, braze refrigerant lines and check for leaks
- Maintain company-issued car; secure and organize tools, maintain equipment inventory, change oil and wash car as necessary.
- Clean workspace in homes after removal or installation is complete.
- Perform all other related duties as directed by supervisor.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):
- Experience with HVAC retrofit install/ startup required.
- Must possess a valid California driver’s license; clear DMV report required.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English in both verbal and written formats, bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Should be capable of managing e-mail, phone calls, etc. from cell phone.
- Should possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must possess mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the job duties.
