What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paralegal (transactional) position at Silverman Law Office, PLLC?
Base Compensation: $65,000-$85,000 annually depending on experience (plus significant bonus potential)

Billable Hour Requirement: 1,400 annually
Location: Billings, Montana
Minimum Qualifications: Certified by Montana State Bar or ability to attain certification.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for clients
- Support a diverse group of attorneys
- Draft legal documents
- Prepare and file documents with the courts and legal government agencies
- Serve as a notary
- Stay up to date on amendments in laws and regulations
- Attend relevant continuing education courses
- Communicate effectively
- Engage in healthy conflict
