Silver Lining wants to help you start your career in healthcare in the Kent County area. We're hiring full- and part-time HHAs and we'll get you certified through our free, 2-week HHA course, held in person Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

What you'll do:
- Each classroom day mixes lecture with hands-on skills practice
- Homework is assigned and required between sessions
- An optional open lab on Wednesdays gives you extra practice time
- Fridays test your skills through competency sign-offs
- After the course and orientation, you're ready to pick up shifts!

- Eligible to work in the U.S. (we're unable to provide sponsorship)
- Criminal background check that meets our hiring guidelines
- Physical exam and 2-step PPD/TSpot/FingerPrinting
- Able to lift, position, and transfer a client
