Silverline Strategic Group is seeking a motivated, full-time Entry Level Sales Representative to support our expanding Verizon FiOS campaign in Silver Spring, MD. As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you'll educate customers about Verizon FiOS products and services, answer questions, and help them confidently choose solutions that fit their lifestyle and budget. Responsibilities as an Sales Support Associate:
- Connect with customers in person to introduce Verizon FiOS products, services, and current promotional offers.
- Listen to customers' needs and recommend internet and service options that best match their household and usage.
- Guide customers through the enrollment process while ensuring information is completed accurately.
- You will be responsible for reaching out to any prospects and offering any additional solutions.
- Organize customers' info, plans, and services in a database promptly.
- As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Qualifications as an Sales Support Associate:
- Ability to coordinate priorities and maintain productivity throughout the day in your role as an Entry Level Sales Representative.
- Adaptable with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Customer service, sales, and/ or marketing experience is preferred as a Customer Service/ Sales Representative, but not required.
- Be proficient in using CRM/ Databases and marketing tools to track interactions.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
