Company Description
Silverlake is a year-round Health Club and Family Center located in Erlanger! Offering programs for all ages including sports, gymnastics and swimming, preschool, afterschool care, summer camps, fitness, group exercise and the Silverlake Waterpark - the largest member-only waterpark in Northern Kentucky. The Northern Kentucky Clippers, a gold medal swim club, reside on the campus.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role located in Erlanger, KY, for Summertime Lifeguards. Some of the day-to-day tasks of the role include supervising swimmers, providing assistance as needed, ensure the overall safety of the pool area, and enforcing the rules and regulations of the pool facility. Apply now and interview over winter break. Training is provided. Minimum shift requirement of 4 shift per week (including 1 weekend shift).
Qualifications
- Silverlake will pay for your required certifications if you are hired
- Strong observational skills with the ability to react calmly and quickly in emergency situations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be able to stand in one position for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Preferably, have prior lifeguarding or swimming experience.
