This position will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our members, including prompt and attentive order taking and delivery of food and beverages.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive and prompt customer service to members
- Fulfill member requests for food and beverages in a high energy, family-friendly environment
- Opening and Closing the bar area
- Prepping garnishes before service starts
- Cleaning and restocking glassware
- Maintaining a clean work area throughout each shift
- Operating cash register
- Attend staff meetings
- Follow daily and weekly duties
- Maintain professionalism when not assisting customers
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Must be highly motivated and energetic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- An understanding of food and beverage operations
- Must be a team player, willing to cover or trade shifts when necessary
- Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends as necessary
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Experience in food and beverage service is preferred
