What You'll Do:
- Build trusted relationships with property owners, residents, applicants, and team members.
- Take ownership of challenges, communicate proactively, and help drive solutions.
- Guide prospective residents through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
- Conduct showings, manage leads, and maintain a strong leasing pipeline.
- Maintain accurate documentation and clear communication.
- Collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional service.

Required Qualifications:
- Active West Virginia Real Estate License
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leasing, property management, or real estate
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning and utilizing technology and software systems
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AppFolio
- Familiarity with the Mid-Ohio Valley rental market
Compensation: Compensation is commensurate with experience, qualifications, and professional expertise. Mileage reimbursement is provided for approved business travel.
Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
