Role Description
National Leader โ Sustainable Human Business Network (SHBN)Build a new category of organizational performance
Most organizations are trying to perform in systems that no longer fit reality.
They respond the only way they know:ย more initiatives, more pressure, more effort.
But performance does not improve.
Because performance is not a people problem. It is a system problem.
SHBN exists to change that.
We are building a global network to help organizations move from fragmented efforts to systems where performance emerges naturally โ from how the organization actually works.
Now, we are looking for National Leaders to build SHBN in new markets.
This is not a traditional role.
You are not joining to deliver predefined services.
You are not here to sell isolated interventions.
You are here to:
๐ Build a market
๐ Shape a new narrative
๐ Create real business around system-level change
In your country or region.
You will:
- Establish SHBN in your market
- Build relationships with senior leaders and organizations
- Open conversations that challenge how performance is understood
- Translate SHBNโs perspective into real business opportunities
- Drive revenue and build a sustainable local business
- Collaborate with the global SHBN network
This is a build role โ not a maintenance role.
Most organizations buy:
- strategy from one firm
- leadership from another
- change from a third
But no one owns how it all works together.
That is the space we operate in.
๐ At the system level
๐ Where performance is actually created
You are likely someone who:
- Has worked inside complex organizations (not just alongside them)
- Understands how things look on paper vs how they actually work
- Can hold a strategic conversation at C-level
- Is commercially sharp โ you know how to create business
- Is comfortable without a predefined playbook
- Feels frustrated by traditional consulting approaches
- Wants to build something that actually matters
You donโt need to โbelieve in a methodโ.
But you need to recognize the problem.
- You build SHBN market presence
- You generate business and revenue
- You operate independently โ within a shared direction and philosophy
- You contribute to the network, not just your own market
- A clear, differentiated positioning in a crowded market
- A powerful conceptual framework grounded in real-world experience and research
- Access to a global network of experienced practitioners
- The opportunity to build something from the ground up
- A model designed for long-term value โ not short-term delivery
Most organizations are not underperforming because of lack of effort.
They are underperforming because of how they are designed.
And that will not change with more of the same.

Not about a role. But about whether we are trying to build the same thing.
