 What You'll Do: 

  • Lead the front of house operations in a senior living community
  • Hire, train, and schedule dining servers to ensure the highest level of service in the dining room
  • Other duties as assigned by the Dining Director
What You'll Need: 
  • High school diploma or GED (college courses or culinary school preferred)
  • Leadership experience in the food service industry, preferably in senior living
  • Hospitality or customer service experience preferred
