What You'll Do:
- Lead the front of house operations in a senior living community
- Hire, train, and schedule dining servers to ensure the highest level of service in the dining room
- Other duties as assigned by the Dining Director
- High school diploma or GED (college courses or culinary school preferred)
- Leadership experience in the food service industry, preferably in senior living
- Hospitality or customer service experience preferred
