- Be the primary program developer and implementation leader of exceptional programs for our Memory Care residents.
- Play a critical role in ensuring the success of our programming, as well as resident and family satisfaction.
- Play an active role in the Leadership team, work with the care team, and supervise the Reflections Coordinator.
- High School Diploma or GED required - Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in geriatrics
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals who have Alzheimers or Dementia
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
- The ability to manage multiple projects and consider yourself a lifelong learner
