What You'll Do:
- Overall management, compliance, and success of the assisted living clinical services program licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health
- Monitor that all clinical staff are trained and competent to not only provide quality service but delight the residents along the way
- Ensure that the initiation of services is seamless and that personalized care plans are updated to reflect the residents' needs and desires
- Work with a team of nurses to deliver exceptional results
What You'll Need:
- Minnesota Registered Nurse in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience; preferably in Assisted Living
- Current CPR certification
