What You'll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity and independence.

• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.

• Assist with meals, hydration, and daily activities.

• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

• Help create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio STNA certification in good standing.

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Long-term care experience is welcomed but not required.
