Overview
We are seeking a Director of Sales Operations who will serve as a strategic and hands
on leader responsible for driving efficiency, scalability, and performance across the
sales organization. This role is first and foremost an operational leader focused on
optimizing the sales process, building systems that remove friction, and embedding AI
driven processes that accelerate revenue growth.
You will partner closely with executive leadership to design and execute a high-
performance operating model. The ideal candidate is deeply analytical, highly systems
oriented, and experienced in transforming sales processes through automation, data,
and intelligent tooling.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations Leadership and Process Excellence
Own and continuously improve the end-to-end sales process from lead intake through
close and expansion
Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and gaps, then implement scalable solutions that
increase speed and conversion
Build and enforce standardized workflows that drive consistency across the sales team
Create operational rigor through forecasting, pipeline management, and performance
tracking
AI and Automation Strategy
Lead the integration of AI into the sales process to increase productivity and decision-
making quality
Evaluate, implement, and optimize tools that enhance prospecting, qualification,
forecasting, and customer engagement
Systems and Infrastructure
Own the sales tech stack including CRM, sales engagement tools, and analytics
platforms
Ensure systems are clean, integrated, and aligned with business needs
Design dashboards and reporting that provide clear, actionable insights
Manage partner relationships and evaluate new technologies as needed
Data and Insights
Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models
Provide leadership with clear visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, and
revenue drivers
Translate data into insights that inform strategy and execution
Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks across the sales organization
Cross Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success to ensure alignment
across the revenue engine
Support go to market planning and execution
Drive communication and accountability across teams
Qualifications
7 plus years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations, with at least 3
years in a leadership role
Proven track record of improving sales efficiency and scaling processes in a high
growth environment
Strong experience implementing and leveraging AI and automation in sales workflows
Deep expertise with CRM systems such as Salesforce and modern sales tech stacks
Highly analytical with strong problem solving skills
Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
