We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator – a detail-oriented and proactive team member who supports full-cycle recruitment and helps deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Monitor and administer workflows within the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse ATS)
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of ATS and ensure compliance with hiring processes
- Provide administrative support to ensure requisitions are closed out correctly and meet compliance metrics
- Process vendor invoices related to recruitment services
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to review and disposition applicants in Greenhouse ATS
- Craft and update job descriptions, interview guides, job postings, and sponsorships on platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn
- Assist in drafting offer letters with input from TA Director, HR leaders, and hiring managers
- Schedule interviews and meetings in collaboration with hiring managers and TA team members
- Submit and monitor pre-employment background check requests
- Complete ad-hoc reporting and analytics related to recruitment KPIs
- Collaborate on and lead special projects to improve recruitment operations
Qualifications:
- 2 years supporting HR or Talent Acquisition functions
- Experience analyzing TA data and generating reports to optimize recruitment strategies
- Excellent follow-up and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; professionalism in candidate and stakeholder interactions
- Proficient in Greenhouse ATS (required), UKG HRIS, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Skilled in intermediate to advanced Excel functions for creating detailed reports, pivot tables, and data analytics to support recruitment KPIs.
- Highly organized with a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work

Anticipated pay range: $63,000 USD - $68,000 USD
